Hello! I’m Isa Lator, an illustrator from Almeria who lives in Madrid.
I studied Fine Arts in Murcia and, in my spare time, Art History. In the last years of my career I began to be interested in illustration and today is what I dedicate much of my time to.
When I paint what interests me most is to capture the emotion (where I seem to see it). And I usually accompany the illustrations with writings on which they rest most of the time.
If I wasn’t an illustrator, I’d be a florist or veterinarian.
I love spending time outside, walking with my dogs, having a drink on some terrace, enjoying the good company and dancing...
Hola! Soy Isa Lator, una ilustradora almeriense que vive en Madrid.
Estudié Bellas Artes en Murcia y, en mis ratos libres, Historia del Arte. En los últimos años de carrera empecé a interesarme por la ilustración y a día de hoy es a lo que dedico gran parte de mi tiempo.
Cuando pinto, lo que más me interesa es captar la emoción (donde a mi me parece verla). Y suelo acompañar las ilustraciones de escritos, en los que se apoyan la mayoría de las veces.
Si no fuera ilustradora sería florista o veterinaria.
Me encanta pasar tiempo fuera, pasear con mis perras, tomar algo rico en alguna terraza, disfrutar de la buena compañía y bailar...aunque sea en casa.
